Born in Fontenay-sous-Bois, Myriam grew up between Paris and the Cévennes, where she currently lives.
Studied in Académie d'Art Chabanier in Montpellier,
in atelier de Sèvres in Paris. Then in the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts Paris-Cergy.
Evening classes in the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles.
Critical Seminars in Ateliers Voies-Off, directed by Christophe Laloi in Arles.

For the drawing in situ I used the Tratteggio retouch technique which I borrowed from my restoration work.
Fines lines drawn freehand, rigorously vertical and parallel.
In my mind I envisioned "impenetrable" heavy metal doors.
In contrast to the harsh and dark mass of black stone and graphite, the gold leaf square.
As for the photography I wished one would be thrown inside this image upon entering.
"Brambles garden" represents a place of permanency or a place of passage.
To bring out both depth and contrast to the photographic object the choice of the Diasec process
indeed appeared to be the obvious technical and aesthetic choice.
